Come visit us 8am-6pm everyday between Memorial Day and October for amazing hand picked, tree ripened fruit from our surrounding orchards. Our Fruit Stand and offices are located at 89 Maryhill Hwy, Goldendale, WA. Follow the signs off of HWY 97 to Maryhill State Park, take a left at the entrance and continue down Maryhill Hwy for 1 mile. We will be on your left. We are 2 miles off of I-84 at Biggs, and just one mile off or Hwy 97. Well worth the detour to our 4th Generation Family Farm, and the best fruit around.

Gunkel Orchards is a Fourth Generation family farm located in an exceptionally unique growing climate. Maryhill Premium Brand Fruit is grown and produced by Gunkel Orchards, founded in 1936 by Daniel Gunkel. Grandsons, Dan and Ron, now operate the small family orchard which sets itself apart from other producers with its product quality by growing and shipping the most mature fruit possible. The small farm has expanded operations through the generations. Since establishment, the farm has remained in continuous stone fruit production focusing on sustainably harvesting and packing, hand picked tree-ripe fruit for market at peak freshness.

Seasonal Fruit Buying Guide
All starting dates are approximate and may vary from year to year. Most varieties have a harvest period that lasts 10 days from start to finish. All of our fruit is matured on the tree with sufficient amount of time to insure maximum sugar content and handpicked at our own family orchards. From our farm straight to your table. (Please note we no longer have U-Pick fruit)

Super nice people who work the fruit stand. I bought a full box of Peaches for my wife-she makes amazing Chutney with the almost ripe ones. A must get is the Peach Blossom honey, it’s nothing like you’ve ever had it’s aromatic and so good.
